A Review? Well, got married there in 1994! Now overlooking it from 2nd floor of Christchurch Women's Hospital as I recover from surgery, although the two events are not connected. Relationship failed to last the distance but the NMC has - survived shaking ground, road alignment and the insatiable demand for hospital land. Stained glass windows by Veronica Whall are specific to nursing and worthy of admiration. The only reason for 4/5 is the victory of the thieves and robbers in diminishing the landscaped gardens surrounding this beautiful period piece, truly appreciated from my temporary window.
