Don’t appreciate getting sworn at by an employee for following road rules outside of the Hornby Humes Yard

Very disappointed in the service. Its cost tens of thousands, and is brand new, and I've had nothing but problems. The so called 24 hour servicing doesnt exist...I've been emailing them and calling them for days. No one has come to sort out the high water problems. Their installer failed his council inspection and didn't get code of compliance. They have been absolutely no help. I am gutted. We cant even have a shower or wash the dishes. This has been days.
