Great customer service. Fast and nailed the screen protector!

I had 2 broken phones and 2 brand new screens. I paid for labor only to put the screens on my phones. I was told that it was an easier phone to repair than other models. I was called to collect my phones. When I arrived at the store, I was then told that "one" of the screens was faulty and he offered to fix it for only the cost of a new screen which I agreed. The phone that he repaired first, was not well done (check photo) and my microphone is now very damaged and it is difficult to listen to music, videos and phone calls. He said that he couldn't check the phone before repairs so it was not his fault. I know for a fact my microphone was working great before I bought it to this shop. He offered to fix my microphone for an extra cost which I declined due to his poor work. The second phone was in much better quality after paying twice! I am very disappointed in this service and felt I was being lied to. I dont reccommend this place to anyone! 0/5
