While I was generally happy with the store, examination, advice and service I was also aware that the opposition were probably cheaper for the actual glasses. I was also annoyed that the current OPSM offer of buy a pair of spectacles get a second pair half price meant that it was cheaper to buy new frames than have new lenses fitted to my existing perfect condition sunglasses. Wasteful!

I don't usually write Google reviews (says everyone who writes Google reviews...) but the service I had at OPSM Merivale when I had my eye test was outstanding. Alan Benjamin was fantastic, extremely thorough and very informative. It was more like an extended appointment with an ophthalmologist than an optometrist. If you want a first class eye exam OPSM Merivale is the place. Thanks Alan.

Very professional consultation for eye exam. Modern and high street brand frames for normal use or sunglasses.
Store staff is very rude. My son had an appointment but he was just 2 minute late. He was told to come back in 7 days!! Very disappointed.
