We had to rent a car at the last minute after 6PM. Thanks to James we didn't have any problem with it, he helped us and also offers us to follow him to go back in our place. When we drop off the car, same thing, very kind staff. Also thank you to the German girl who lift us to the airport ! Just got back from a weekend away in Hanmer, and I was absolutely amazed with the service I received. Our flight from Queenstown was delayed then cancelled, so flew to auckland then Chch which both planes were delayed! We were meant to get to Chch at 10am and ended up getting there at 5.30pm (after they had already closed!!) but the 2 lovely guys (sorry I forgot your names) that were working on a friday night stayed there to wait for us and were so nice about it. Thank you so much! The car was clean and tidy. Drop off was easy as well. Would definitely recommend!
