Without a doubt, this is the best Pandora shop I have ever been into. A lovely shop with the most amazing and helpful staff. Thank you so much Kelly and Edwina for you wonderful service you provided to both my daughter and myself. I am so appreciative and grateful to you both for cleaning my ( rather large) Pandora collection. Thank you!

I would give 0 stars if i could. I had a horrible experience with a girl named Ella. She was rude and looked super scruffy with chipped nail polish and smelled like BO. Rolled her eyes at me multiple times when i was wanting to compare different charms and stoppers for my twin nieces bracelets. When I went to pay she tried to charge me full price not the sale price that the charms were advertised for - even though she mentioned it when showing them to me. I will be making a formal complaint to Pandora NZ about this. Absolutely appalled - will not be shopping here again.
