Worst customer service ever. My phone was in for 'repairs' for 1 whole month. The manager lied and had me coming in the store to pick up my 'fixed' phone numerous times when he had no contact with the technician. Many times the manager didn't even know where my phone was when I came to pick it up. When I paid for the phone he didn't make a note of it on the system so I couldn't get my refund for a while because the staff didn't know if I paid for it or not. Do yourself a favour and go to a reliable legitimate phone store because 'Phone Fix' is certainly not one of them.

I wouldn't bother to be honest. Communication was shocking. I had to ring up all the time to see how progress was going they'd never call back, this went on for over a month. Took over a week from saying I'll be getting a refund as couldn't be fixed to actually getting it and the only reason I got it then is because I drove out to Christchurch from ashburton for it.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! THE MOST BUILD UPS TECHNICIANS EVER. HAVE NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS, DONT KEEP YOU UPDATED WITH YOUR GADGETS. MADE ME WAIT A MONTH JUST FOR ME TO CALL IN AND TELL ME THEY COULDNT FIX!!!! I DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!!
