Excellent customer service. I had the misfortune of having a flat battery after using the carwash at Z Energy on Linwood Ave. The Team at Premium Tyres and Auto could not have been more helpful. Al and Don both deserve a special mention. You both went the extra mile to ensure that I was up and running quickly; I was very grateful. I have now found my new local garage right on my doorstep. I would totally recommend the team here for all your motoring needs and will definitely be calling on them should the need arise in the future . If you need a garage where they are tustworthy and just want to help you out, then this is place to go.

Don Fearon is a very kind, helpful individual. I was traveling back on the 23rd from dunedin at midnight. My tire split/flat tire as I hit something on the highway. Don was very helpful in getting me the right tires. A year from now my Toyota vitz tyres are still going strong, and they have been over everything imaginable being a student. Thank you for the great customer service and honest recommendation. We will always be back again as it is a great shop!! Thanks

Waited round for 3hrs to get my wof done while the mechanic was letting all his mates in to do tyres. plus when has it come a policy to drive the car around the block never. the customer service was bad 3 members off staff talking while he was trying to explain what was wrong with car but he was interested just chatting to them I work in retail and if that was my team member was like that we would get into trouble for it very rude too not coming back
