They got my property rented out in a good amount of time and I got the final say on the tenants that were approved, the routine inspection reports include pictures which are time & date stamped so I know exactly when they did the check, they get quotes if required and have been really friendly and helpful. RE/MAX Initial Realty have been wonderful with my rental properties. They are professional, and efficient. They treat all homes as if they were their own. RE/MAX are through in their inspections, and always follow up payments with statements which are easy to follow. I have recommended to a friend who now uses RE/MAX for her rental property also.
