Didn't have the spark plugs i needed, but every other Chch store did. Was told there was no plan to order any more in, and they would charge me a courier fee if I wanted them transferred. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Didn't have the brake rotors in stock for a relatively middle aged 09 subaru. Was told that I would have to pay an additional 10 to get them sent to store from Oamaru. Not great.
