Last Saturday I had to change a tyre on my very old van near this Repco branch and was having some problems. I went in to ask for some advice about what part to buy (the spare tyre bracket was playing up) and the super friendly young man was so helpful. I was very impressed and can't recommend this branch highly enough.

Well, this would be my 5th trip to Repco in Hornby. I had put the poor service on the previous trips down to bad luck. Last trip my daughter and I stood at the parts counter, in full view of the staff behind, but were ignored for at least 5 minutes. The store wasn't busy. Then today I selected a 1 litre bottle of diesel oil, shelf list price displayed 15.99. (Not on sale) I waited at the checkout, again for over 5 minutes with no staff around. Eventually a staff member turned up and wanted to charge me 18 for the oil. I stated it was 15.99. I returned to the shelf while the attendant wandered off to help someone else. Eventually he came to see me. He removed the 15.99 tag from the shelf and scanned it. He said it came up 18 in the computer. I asked if he would honour the advertised price, he said no, as the computer said 18. Well, I said super cheap autos will honor their price, so unfortunately Repco have lost another loyal shopper. Thanks.
The thing that impressed me most as well as the extensive range was , as I was being served, some pushy type tried to get me ignored so he could have what he wanted there and then. Staff very politely pointed out I was being served and if the guy could wait they'd be with him directly. Just can't stand rude pushy people. Thanks to that staff member I got what I needed. He's a credit to the Repco brand
This is the place to get what you need for your car Ute truck etc. If you can not find it then ask they may be able to order it in for you. Order online and you may get Connor. He will great you in a friendly professional manner. Doring Covid-4 they are only open for pay and deliver for essential businesses at alert level 3 pay online and collect follow nices displayed. Went there for a booster car seat cushion, the staff member was very helpful explained they had to be ordered. They rung when it arrived. Very happy with the service
