Our upgrade of of 7 small windows is complete and I want to give some feedback on the process. Without question this has been a good experience from start to finish starting for the prompt response to our request for a quote, rapid supply of a quote, outstanding job progress updates and trouble free installation, on-budget, on time, no hassles. Isn't this what you should expect on every job; yes, then why is it so rare and therefore remarkable. I wish that all jobs could be like this, but that would just make it all so ordinary.
