bad experience ,I bought a device and after install on the wall, realised it need a key , looked everywhere , it is not with the package , after call the receiption, they said will call me back ,but no one call. i have to drive to the shop again, after waiting, and receiption could not find any key for me, i ask for to take from another new device, they denied and made a one for me , i ask to test the hand made one, got denied as well. the device inside no manual guiders , only plastic bog cover device and screws .
