Was very impressed with my first visit here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Eye test was quick and thorough & done by a very nice lady. I didn't feel pressurised at all unlike at specsavers to buy glasses. Well recommended

I stopped in here with my mother-in-law's damaged eyeglasses; the nose pads and wire bits that attach them to the frame were badly twisted. I was not familiar with the shop, and chose it only because it was the closest. The friendly and kind young woman attendant was able to bend them back into place while I waited. The whole process took only 10 minutes -- and much to my surprised delight -- she then told me there was no charge for the service!

My experience was negative I'm afraid. I attended with two others who were Korean. The examination I believe was perfectly good. Following this my son in law tried on several pairs of glasses with a staff member assisting. This process took a little time and eventually he decided not to buy. The manner of the tall woman who served us was cold and unfriendly generally. Finally, having paid for the examination we left the shop only to discover that the prescription was not included with the receipt and other papers. We returned to ask for the prescription which after some delay was produced. There was no apology for this oversight and no thank you for having done business there. The three of us left feeling this staff member was unhelpful and unfriendly and for this reason we would not return to this shop and would discourage others from doing likewise.
