Great place great people. Outdoor area is large also partly under cover with heating. Pool table. Food. Pokies. Entertainment. Everything in one place you need on a night out. Grated with a smile and made to feel welcome.

Great place to grab a feed and beer. Steak special they had on for 14.50 was fantastic, steak was very tender and cooked to perfection (not overdone). Good serving sizes. Staff were efficient and friendly. Will certainly visit again next time in Christchurch.

Wow my husband and I walked down for our first time (lived here now for two years) and we felt embarrassed. The lady said loud so almost everyone heard that at 11.20 they weren't longer selling alcohol. It would of been nice to have been told quietly the time there alcohol limit runs out. Rude.
Loved it. Everything we expected from a local pub. The team made the experience perfect. The food was fantastic, from the sticky ribs to the roast which tasted like granny made it. (some of the best garlic bread too, I might add!) thanks so much for accommodating us and making a takeaway sundae for the little fella you guys rock!
Loved everything about it,especially the friendly staff.Only one complaint, a bit hot in the pokie room, maybe I should have asked for them to turn the air con on
