My family has been with this centre for over 5 years but we will not be going back after our last few visits. Paperwork errors, rude staff, taking money for waste of time appointments. Seems they cannot wait to get you out the door. Although I will say Isobel Light is a great doctor. I wish we had only dealt with her.

I have been a patient of this clinic over 25 yrs. My son recently had to endure the dreaded toenail surgery (Twice) & Dr Tovaranonte did an amazing job and kept my son nice and calm. Very professional and prompt with follow up care instructions. Thanks so much team.

Having been a long time patient I've unfortunately had to see a few before finally finding the best Dr I could hope for, he is undoubtedly the best Dr I have had in years, thorough kind caring and very approachable,,I'm also greatful to the ever rushed receptionist who has gone out of her way to help in different circumstances, it took a while but thank goodness for a down to earth non judgemental dr at last.

I found doctor done job well but due to receptionist not faxing through submission to receive my notes from previous medical centre even thou I had contacted previous medical centre as well as corrected address for receptionist several times by going in to Selwyn medical centre as well as phoning multiple times over the 2 week period she had not faxed submission until today I just contacted previous medical centre and they notified that they had just received it and will be processed by Monday I needed these notes as soon as possible due to applications for New Zealand defence force, due to receptionist (Hannah) lack of motivation and management of her area I am now on the next intake rather than this years in take. She told would be done with 10 days but 2weeks later I am still waiting. A review is much needed
