Dog went in for nail cut and groom - pick & drop off were fine staff were lovely. Not until we were in the car & leaving and noticed most the nails were still uncut... went in & asked, dog hates getting nails done and was getting upset so they couldn’t cut which is fine - but not being told that either via phone or on collection of the dog is very frustrating. The customer Having to go back and ask after payment & collection why what was asked for was not done is not a very professional approach.
