Lovely store and products but the staff member I encountered in Christchurch was rude to the point that I would not recommend shopping here - if you wish to, do so online and pay the high 15 shipping fee! EDIT: The owner Sarah kindly reached out and was very keen and proactive about amending the situation, offering a free shipping discount. I feel that my initial experience doesn't reflect the attitudes held by most staff and was impressed with their genuine follow-up.
