Wish I could enter no stars. Online auctions must be rigged. Both husband and I have tried bidding on items on separate auctions we were registered for but bid not accepted. What!! This will be hurting your business somewhat Mr Smith! Let alone your customers that you are selling on behalf of!! This has happened too often now - I give up!
the product is fine. but they charge up to 17% premium net! thats pretty high. and they did not mention this charge in the obvious place.

Very professional and great staff and service. If you are not sure about something just ask the staff are only to happy to help. Have dealt with smiths auction for years .
You can get a great bargain here. Need to be quick and constantly monitor what they have for sale though.
