A couple of solar power companies told me that going off grid with my little studio couldn't be done. SolarpowerNZ made it happen and now all my office equipment is powered by a couple of solar panels in the garden. I can also charge my electric bike, or make a cup of tea, or even run the vacuum cleaner. In fact I haven't run out of power yet and the system has been up and running since August and I live on a seriously south facing slope that loses the sun early afternoon in the winter. Chris is very professional and fun to work with and nothing was too much trouble. Would gladly recommend to anyone wanting to become more self-sufficient.
