Terry Wyatt and Steve Stringer from Soundline Christchurch drove 7 hours to install a projector, surround processor and refurbished laserdisc player in my system during the Waitangi Day long weekend. There were numerous equipment and configuration issues which they overcame with expertise and without complaint. For example, my existing projector mounting bracket had to be moved from its previous position. Steve just got onto it and did so without fuss. Terry and Steve checked configuration and calibration multiple times before they left to ensure there were no issues. There were also COM port issues connecting to an old legacy product. Soundline’s IT/networking guru Jason Matthews just happened to be in town on holiday, and he dropped by to quickly rectify this, again without complaint. I am so impressed with the fantastic service provided by Terry, Steve and Jason. Many thanks for this. I'm also stoked with the new gear, which is a vast improvement over my old.

Recently purchased a Turntable, Amp and Speakers from Terry and his team at Soundline. Despite my relatively modest budget the whole process from start to finish was first class. I enjoyed the insight Terry shared and the relaxed and non-pressured environment that the transaction took place in. It (the purchase/sale) felt and i believe to be true more about getting the right system for me than making a sale. Job well done Soundline.

My old CD player (Sansui) died and I have been listing via a DVD Player which I hate. Booked a demonstration with James for a couple of new players. Everything was ready on time, hooked up to some new Sonus Faber speakers and we had a listen. Sorry about my music choices James:) Made the purchase and went home happy. Awesome is an overused word but the level of service and support was exceptional! Polite, friendly, knowledgeable and did not force their music on me. I'll be going back for more. Thanks guys

These guys are awesome. They are total professionals, fixed our problem quickly and didn't charge us an arm and a leg to do it. I really recommend them, you won't be disappointed and they love dogs! I won't be going anywhere else.

Soundline Audio. I remember the first shop they were in was over in the old Christchurch library chambers( somewhere on Cambridge terrace?) And then they moved to Kilmore street before they finally settled on Madras street. How time flies! Anyway what I am going to say about this wonder shop is this shop is a place I love, but want to hate( in a nice way). Why I love it? They are simply the best. They know what my needs and wants are from my system inside and out. Top marks for that. But why hate them for it? Because each time I went in some of my hard earned money will sprout legs and walk away from me. What a delima, life! But at least I bought a few years of life concert performed in my living room through the equipments they sold me. I enjoyed it. Thank you boys.

Network drop out due to my being an IT cabbage on the day before going into C19 lockdown. Panic. The Soundline team fixed this remotely for me and got me back up and running ASAP - Brilliant and can't recommend them highly enough!
