Great service from all staff. It is a busy store and poping in to make an appointment might be the best option. My wife got 2 pair of really nice sunglass prescriptions for 376 with 1 pair being polarized from Shirley specsavers and I recently paid over 700 for my 1 pair from my optometrists of 30 years. Who's the silly fool then ? Me, but not any longer.

Horrible experience at the shirley store. Customer service is non existent. Girl at the service desk is rude and obnoxious. Left a voice message a week ago and still havent heard back. Was accused of not understanding what was discussed in my own optometrist appointment when there was an apparent breakdown in communication. That would have been true if the information I now know a week later was communicated in the first place. I was told that their optometrists are professionals and trained so this must mean it was my fault then. Just completely discredited my version of events by another employee that was not even there. Steer clear from this place. They overbook appointments so you'll be waiting a long time and won't be seen at your scheduled time. Very rushed and disorganized. Should have stuck to old reliable OPSM.

My past experiences at Specsavers have been ok. Unfortunately this time you got my prescription completely wrong as did a workmate of mine. So a wait of 2 months and I'm not confident the test was done correctly. Give me a solution.

Hi Have been trying to reach Specsavers on the phone for last 2 days. Leaving messages and no-one calling back. Want to order repeat prescription, as glasses broken. Should be really simple .. but not working. Disappointed. John
