The plastering job that Jim contracted for us was excellent. The disappointing factor was I purchased a 16 hour voucher off treatme and at best got 10 hours after factoring in cleaning, travel and the like. Jim did tell me 16 hours would cover the two rooms in question. At no point did Jim tell me I would forfeit the remaining hours if the job took less that the 16 hour voucher I had. Really really disappointing. I will not use Strath painting for any future work!
