Yep great staff one fella is a bit deaf but heck of a nice chap some folk give him a hard time thinking he is a bit simple but he is not. Get his attention and talk to him face to face and you will find he is very clued up. Please be respectful where ever you go. The person you are unkind to to day could be your boss tomorrow.
