xero stars. Dont waste your time or money and go somewhere with a big machine who can do removal properly like Sacred Lazer. Massive burns where my skin was left raw and after complaining no response from this company. Disgusting. As per your below response. I am genuine. Have been in contact with Grant on 21.9.18 only to be ignored. I even gave you photos of the major burns he gave me resulting in my flesh hanging out! I will be scared for life and stand by my zero stars. Grant Owers should be ashamed of doing this. Be warned people. Go to somewhere that looks after you and cares. What a joke to even say you have had no complaints. What I would now like to add is that this company still hasnt made any contact or apology over lack of care or acknowledgement of complaint to rectify anything so they are all words and nothing else. Shame on you all. I hope people read this and take note of what type of business this actually is.

Really good description of the process and after care. Yes, painful but I assume it depends where. My removal is near a bone and little skin cover.

Do not go here and waste your money. 6 times and very minimal change very disappointing considering the cost of each session , don't be fooled do your research first
