SV Therapy

Ordered new Ranger and was delivered on time with no issues. 3000km service was a disappointment due to poor communication within the business, this meant the central locking tailgate system that I got THF to organize with new car purchases wasn't sorted meaning a 4hr round trip to fix another time. I took the back cover of tailgate when I got home and found the worst workmanship possible on a new car!! I fixed the problem myself but as you can see from the photos the extra holes that have been drilled in the wrong place multiple times. I rung the dealership over 1 month ago asking for a please explain and how they would like to deal with this issue and haven't heard anything since. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and workmanship.
