Handed in my S10 to get front screen replaced was quoted 500 . Came back 2 hours later , to find my quote wasnt GST inclusive and that the tech managed to crack my rear glass on my ph. He told me he cracked it and basically that was that , i said i wanted it replaced but had none in stock, i then spend the next 15 minuites arguing over a price for back , he was being very dificult and ended up getting 60 . Went to ph repair shop in Koscos Blenheim road who i found a plessure to deal with. Will not be returning here , wouldnt recommend.
It was an utter disappointment to visit store today! Had trouble with mic of iphone but the person there changed speaker of phone!! Upon confronting he said pay more and i’ll change mic too \u200d️. Money wasted for nothing!! Highly disappointed!
Really good service and Covid-19 risk reduction processes very good. No charge made after discovering my phone was unable to be fixed.
Great service, got my screen fixed a couple of weeks ago and it was fixed perfectly. Ended up coming back to get the touch id fixed on my home button and he fixed it as well. Gives great information. Very happy with the service I was given both times and would definitely come back. Recommend to everyone!

I took my S7 there with broken camera glass hoping to get it fixed. They claimed it could be fixed with no problem. Before taking it there, even with the broken glass the camera worked perfectly. Now the camera won't focus, and they claim the camera is now faulty. Update : The camera problem was caused by "faulty third party repair and back glass peeling" DO NOT take your phone here!
