The company started with a range of preservative-free dog treats and cakes as "Canine Catering Ltd" but over time, demand for its dog massage, laser, acupressure and nutrition/food therapy services grew and this demanded a re-brand in 2016. The company's principal therapist is Kathleen Crisley, with certifications in canine therapeutic, sports and senior dog massage. Ms Crisley has also studied Pet Nutrition at Colorado State University and dog behaviour and training with Best Friends Animal Society in Utah. Each year, additional professional development is undertaken to keep skills fresh. The practice is largely mobile - allowing dogs to be treated in the comfort of their own home. This also allows for observation of a dog's living environment and recommendations for home-based exercises and adjustments to manage specific health conditions. Treatment rooms are also available at the Parkavon Boarding Kennels in Marshland and the Top Notch Boarding Kennels in Lincoln.
