Awesome and very unique furniture range and fantastic service. We bought a bed and 2 bedside cabinets from here. Unfortunately the hardware pack was missing from bed but Craig was fantastic and came with right parts to us and built the bed for us. I cannot ask any more. A pure example of fantastic service and caring for their customers. We will be definitely buying again from here and recommend others too. Thanks heaps.

Bought this lovely sofa, and they delivered it IMMEDIATELY for only 50. Followed me home from the shop in the van, and then helped me take it round the back and right into the living room. Amazing service and prices. Do not buy furniture in Christchurch without looking here first!

The transaction started off very well, great selection and the goods were sent out promptly. Unfortunately, the mirror we ordered was broken when we opened the box. The immediate response from Best Furniture was that we "didn't have a leg to stand on", as we didn't immediately open the box while the courier was still on-site to check it. We were offered the "solution" of sourcing our own mirror/glass supplier to have the brand new mirror repaired. The goods were signed for by a receptionist. When I emailed back saying it would be a very rare occurrence to open and check goods right away, and that we should have been notified of this prior to delivery if this was policy, I was completely ignored. Absolutely gutted as this was an expensive purchase for us and now we have a massive broken mirror, and no support from Best Furniture. - subsequent to this review, Kim the owner of Best Furniture has gone and made scathing reviews against my printing business as a way of retaliating to this review. She is not a customer of my print shop, which has nothing to do with the above complaint.
