Pizza was great but lady staff was not friendly, not respect to customer. I never seen this kind of person at restaurant. She might be unkind person or racist who does not like Asian.

Great place to relax and wind down with a nice coffee or a nice cold drink. It's my favourite place to go and relax in all Christchurch because atmosphere it really nice and very laid back.

Great views, nice for breakfast, inside feels a bit dark. Great outdoor seating

I have been there three times and twice they forgot about us, taking over 45 mins for small orders. Other people that arrived after us had been served, had eaten and left. Both times I've had to remind the staff we're still waiting. It appears to be a staffing issue or kitchen issue. The waitresses have been friendly and appear to do their best, but they seem short staffed and run around like headless chickens. When you're frantic, mistakes will happen. I'm not ever going back.

My daughter (3 years old) and myself were having a coffee and drink when this old guy came up to wipe the table and spilled my coffee with no apology. We then went to the toilet and came back to find that my coffee (half full) and my daughter's orange juice were taken away by this guy. I then had a crying girl asking for her drink back. I had to drag her off and bought another drink for her. I never came across such unprofessional service, we will never go back to this place.

Appalling service!! 20mins to serve 4 drinks n a further 40 mins for some hot chips. Guy on the till had a care factor of zero (I'd fire him in a heartbeat if i owned the business). Do yourself a favour ... AVOID THIS PLACE.
