I called the front office to ask for assistance for literally just to plug something in for a resident here at this village just ONE action to plug something in. The lady on the phone seemed very uninterested in helping and was rude to me and then after me being kindly persistent in regards for help she then looked up the resident and found she wasn’t a premium member in so many words and said “I don’t have time to be mucking around with this”. I mean these are the kinda horrible places you joke about. If your reading this review and considering living here or sending a family member here just know there not going to be much help and if she treated me like that god only knows how she treats elderly that may not have the clarity of mind or the patients to deal with such a lazy nasty Attitude and even if you did you better hope you have the premium membership. Terrible place. TRUST ME KEEP LOOKING ELSE WHERE don’t go here.
