DON'T DO IT, SAVE YOUR MONEY - Used Trade Depot to supply all product for our new bathroom renovation and what a complete waste of time! NEVER AGAIN. 6 MAJOR issues out of everything supplied from Trade Depot including missing product (didn't send us shower glass door/frame), broken product (broken vanity, broken glass shower panel, faulty leaky shower mixer-most expensive one they had, broken shower tray and then they sent us the wrong colour basin counter we ordered (ordered black they sent white). Customer service to sort all of this was appalling. Long wait times on the phone, and rude customer service reps if that's what you can even call them. Alex in particular needs to be retrained, belittling and made me feel as if I was in the wrong and complete disregard for customer service. These problems have cost us stress, time and money making our tradesmen put on hold and the entire project now running overtime which is costing us extra in hireage fees and we have items such as shower etc on hire. If I could rate you zero stars Trade Depot I would! People save yourself the hassle and stress, trust me.... use a local reputable supplier and pay the little bit extra to save yourself the money, stress and hassell. Trade Depot, you failed miserably.

Hi All I ordered a number of things from Trade Depot, I have been sent wrong product not once but a number of times, Could not get hold of any supervisors at all to sort prior to this my rating would of been 1 star. I can across Lorraine in TD who has help sort out the right products and has been the only person who I could talk to. If it was not for her help and putting up with my many calls about broken boxes with damaged goods being drop off, including products that I did not order, I would've gone totally mental . If I was Trade Depot I would put her on front line as supervisor or manager and replace the ones that take no responsibility or don't not return calls. Lorraine has redeemed my frustration so I give her 5 Stars Thank you :) As for Trade Depot they need to clean up and become more customer centric - I did suggest a while ago, put the managers of each Areas Mobile phone online and this would sort out those who care and those hiding behind the staff. I went to Trade Depot as I had seen a small chest freezer on their website that I was interested in looking at. Found the freezer easily, but there was no staff around to help me or give me any info. I decided to risk it and purchase the freezer anyway, but there wasn't really an obvious place to go to pay. I walked up to a desk where a girl was sitting, she completely ignored me. I stood there for another 10-15 minutes before someone actually helped me. The guy that helped me did the job I guess, but wasn't overly friendly. He took my payment and gave me my receipt, then went back to whatever he was doing. I had to find a boxed freezer myself and get it out to my car and load it up by myself. So, customer service was absolutely useless, but I got what I needed after a little hassle. And the freezer actually works, which is a plus.

Don't purchase anything here! I bought a over-fridge cabinet in July, and I found there was only one door in the package when i brought it home. I phoned and emailed their customer service many times for solving the problem, and went back to store two times. It's been over two months but I haven't heard nothing from them! UPDATE: I changed the stars because I was just contacted by their employee Nancy. She was calling with her sincere apologies and the problem solution. I was happy with her attitude. So one star adds for the late half door, and one star for Nancy, she needs a pay raise.

Happy to sell an entire kitchen and bathroom worth of product to me, then the problems started, the acrylic shower liner was damaged due to poor packaging. The problems didn't end there, the kitchen gas electric free standing oven never had 4 working burners only 3. After 12 months (not joking) of bad customer service and time wasting trade depot finally sent a replacement entire unit, I had my gas fitter come to install the replacement. As I was at work I got a phone call to say the new unit was damaged to the point that they couldn't use it so they used parts from the replacement. So I'm now up for a bill from my gas fitter which is a pretty raw deal. So basically don't buy from trade depot. And as I'm a builder I will from now on deter my customers from buying anything from trade depot

Good service as one would expect. But wow, the prices are crazy great. We purchased 8kg washing machine and only time will tell how good it is. But they have lots of other great stuff. A big threat to The Warehouse and Bunnings in my opinion only. I will go back there.

Sadly a mixed bag. Sometimes great products at a great price. Sometimes low quality or down right faulty products (I showed them how their water filter had a flawed design that flooded my kitchen, but they didn't want to know and kept selling it). Sadly, combined with them making it hard to acknowledge returns is a terrible combo. Customer service sometimes rough. Deliveries and logistics sometimes problematic. I want to support a competitive option, but sometimes they make that hard.
