I thought brakes had an issue, but mechanic said they were fine. Took car back, mechanic was obviously annoyed. When mechanic and finance manager finished with my vehicle, they left both doors open, with car running, and key In ignition?!

Michael and Les have helped both myself and my partner through finance applicatios to get vehicles from Turners. Michael knew exactly what we wanted and when we returned he showed us to a truck that wasn't previously on sale. Les has been extremely helpful and accommodating with all paper work we filled out and the fact that our son was with us getting fussy. But yeah amazing service and amazing peopel .....5

Booked for an appraisal at a certain time online. Got there early and let reception know I was there. Was left waiting for over 20mins past the booked time. No communication from staff whatsoever, absolute waste of time. Rather take my car elsewhere.

All people at Turners centre were helpful and courteous. The car we were interested in is a bit of an 'unknown' but the report was helpful and we were able to test on a short circuit. Auction people were clear and efficient in the sales process and were extra helpful after we bought helping us to drive away that evening. Many thanks.

I sold my car to Turners Cars Christchurch. The procedure was quite fast and convenient. They work by appointment and were on time in both appointments I had. The amount offered by my car was about ten percent less than I expected, even considering it was a car dealer trade and not a private trade. But since I was in a hurry, it was still a good deal and very convenient. I was payed the next day as agreed. Overall, I am satisfied with their service, including the reception desk and dealer.
