Purchased a car clean through grabone. First issue when I arrived at the time I was booked in and no one was there. The voucher clearly stated 20 for excessively dirty cars, however she decided to make it 25 and starting threatening with extra charges when I contested the change in price. The stains were not removed, barely any different to how it looked before I went here. Also interesting how the only review is from the owner. Edit since they replied: there was never any dog poo on the seat, that's a load of rubbish, and I am not sure where you have this idea about a 75 dollar quote given I purchased this through grabone. But oh well, you have an interesting way of doing business. Another edit since she changed her response: Donna when did I make any mention of paying extra?
