Very disappointing considering this is the closest Unichem pharmacy to Ronald McDonald House, meaning not from this area. Staff are usually standing together until we walk through the door then suddenly there’s anything else to do. Walk to the vitamins/natural remedies area and staff have magically reappeared. Still can’t get attention for what I’m needing. Better service, help and advice at the Bealey Ave Pharmacy, it’s worth the distance. It is NOT uncommon. I went twice in one day to see if I got a different response. Also we have been in at least 6 times in 3 months. Can’t say I didn’t “give them a fair go”.

Last time I came in, had 4 workers there, literally all just stared at me, just a little hi filled with a lot of awkwardness. Haven't felt this uncomfortable going into a place for along time. Arrogance is a big thing at this place I've noticed. A smile or have a good day can take you along way just saying.

Friendly staff and customer service, they were always willing to help me with my concerns. Especially the young guy that seemed to be really competent in his field and could answer all my questions (I am sorry I cant remember the name) The owner seems cold and is talking in a really harsh way with her employees.. All in all a really nice place though.
