Vodafone Xone is is a spacious and well designed presentation area in the Vodafone building. Able to hold a large number of people there is plenty of room for drinks and food tables. There is data protection capabilities with a large screen and a very good audio system for speeches. What I liked is the space making it easy to mix and mingle and move about the building. Vodafone are security conscious with the posting of security staff. This was reassuring. Consider Vodafone Xone as an option for your event I thought the facilities were superb.

Really disappointed as a vodaphone UK customer to be offered no help in store. Was after advice and to try my sim in another phone to see what the issue was. Staff had no customers in shop and couldn't be bothered helping at all. Simply offered to sell me a international sim. I understood they could not access my info from the UK but all I wanted was help with my vodaphone phone! A couple of weeks later I visited a vodaphone shop in queenstown. Again told they couldn't help with anything on the account side but 10 mins for chatting to the staff and trying my sim in their phone and it not solving the problem was really helpful. They may not be the exact same company but vodaphone is a multinational company and should help its customers no matter where they are.

Tried to get a vodafone phone unlocked by vodafone, yes simple task you would think, but the sales staff who are in this tech store (definitely NOT technicians) could not do or advise a reasonable solution except to ditch it and buy another one. A trip to another phone tech store and 30 minutes later the unlock was complete. Its strange vodafone cannot unlock their own devices or are they only interested in sales and commissions. Wont return here.
