Unfriendly and unhelpful staff, I couldn't hear the gentleman who delt with me. Told me they couldn't print out my documents beacuse there were to many pages to print before 5 o'clock. Brings a whole new meaning to 5 oclock N knock! What happend to old fashioned customer service were people would say for a extra 5 minutes to help you?

Went to Eastgate Warehouse stationary.. service was not good .. have me wrong photos I live a fair way away had to go back.. no hello when I explained no nothing no apology .. terrible customer service

A real mix of good and terrible service it seems. Consistent customer service attitude needs serious revision. One lady there in particular working today was extremely rude with how she dealt with my wife that eventually lead her to become frustrated to tears and getting a refund. She walked 30 minutes from home to get a basic printing job done and the attitude to help just wasn't there amongst the floor staff. Scott (manager) handled my phone complaint well regarding the situation and I appreciate that. Cheers

Very friendly staff, had great help finding what I needed but then spent close to 10 minutes waiting in line to buy my things! There were only 2 people ahead of me and there were 2 cashiers but things just weren't moving, the line was piling up and the poor people before me had to wait even longer. They either need more cashiers or just to have a faster system because I've never had to wait so long with such a little line before.
