The photo kiosks are awful. I’ve officially given up trying to use them. Tried all 3 kiosks and none were working. Not the first time I’ve had this issue.

Brought a item from here. Asked at the time of collection about the roller cassettes that the item needed was told its fine we stock them. Went in 2 days later for a rude guy to say they don't have to go online yet website says they do. How am I meant to buy the cassettes online when I don't know what they look like. Online is not for everyone. Wish I never brought item from Northwood as ease gate service is way better. Won't go back to Northwood after rude service
