I was served by shaz and she was lovely and totally on to it .... actually really surprised how rude the young male staff member spoke to her while she was serving me i was really horrified ... and she handled it so well and professionally I hope you talk to this male staff member about his mannerisms he was incredibly know it all and had a terrible attitude

Had to wait quite a long time for service as a few people in store, but got what I wanted for a reasonable price. Think the counter/serving system could be a lot better and efficient

It takes a long time to wait each time, which is very inefficient. It keeps you waiting, especially the service of printing photos. It still fails to solve the problem after waiting for a long time. Very bad shopping experience.

Would not go there again. Purchased school stationary the most of them were quite expensive then what we been offered from school and they finding any excuse not to do price matching. Wasted my time an money there

Appalling service, had to wait a very long time while a young worker had unwork relating talk, could see I was there and made no attempt to speed up there conversation or help me, when I finally got her attention she said she didn’t know and didn’t find someone else who could help..... NOT GOOD
