My mother now lives in the D3 ward. The staff are amazing and I often hear laughter from both the staff and the residents.This was the hardest decision I have had to make in my life and the staff helped both mum and I through this transition. I have to give the receptionist Lesley a big shout out. Lesley has often listened to me and helped me through this trying time.She is very knowledgeable , friendly and sweet. I totally recommend Windsorcare for the elderly.
