Very friendly and genuine staff. Always have your your best interest at heart. They're very knowledgeable on their stock, you can really tell they have a passion for what they're selling and are extremely helpful. Such an inviting and friendly atmosphere overall. Originally came in last year to get geared up for the season and immediately felt more welcomed compared to the more conventional outdoors stores, and left feeling like a very happy customer and couldn't wait to try out my new board, which took a while to get delivered due to covid but now, absolutely love it and couldn't be happier! 10/10 would recommend. They also make some pretty nice coffees

The best ski store in New Zealand I’ve been to! And beautiful inside!! You can tell people who own the place and the workers just love skiing! Very professional service but friendly attitude. I bought skis and boots thanks to Andy’s advice and I couldn’t be any happier with the choice I made. If I could have given you guys more stars just than only 5/5 I would!

Best ski store I have been into in Christchurch. Would never go anywhere else. I have been into three other stores before this and found staff unhelpful, often leaving the store more confused then before I walked in. Andy took a lot of time (well over two hours) to really teach me about skis so that I could make a decision on what ski I need to fit my personality - rather being told what I needed. The boots they have there are amazingly comfortable. So glad to get good gear that fits my personality and that I wont need to replace in a season! Thanks Andy!!

Its the best place for all your ski needs, with the latest skis that suit my style perfectly! They were so good to me with setting me up with the perfect skis for me a couple years ago, and in return i have always gone back for scratch repairs, waxing and great professional advice. along side that they also have a great on sell second hand ski system with my old ones!
