Extremely difficult to get in touch with the domestic admission team in Christchurch. Called the office number and mobile number of Michelle Prakash (admission team) many times over different days but went unanswered. Did managed to get some response through email from her but lame excuses was given about unanswered calls and she didn't even bother to return the missed calls. Finally, managed to get on the phone with Michelle Prakash, I would rate the customer service EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL to the extend she sounded somehow rude when communicating with her. Any attempt to provide feedback to the sales team about the poor admission service - definitely falls on deaf ears. Yoobee, your course maybe good, but your admission team in Christchurch is not good. If I can give negative 5 star, I will do that.

Practical creative training in 3D animation, modelling, design, web and related areas, like film. Staff really give their all to provide relevant, quality training and support. They have helped to launch some awesome careers.

Yoobee was great, I did a two day course there and learned lots of great stuff. It was awesome to have some freedom to do what we wanted to do. There was some points that my class covered that most of already knew, however this was likely due to us having a non-standard course.

The school holiday courses cover lots of skills related to the chosen topic and at the end of it you can consider yourself knowledgeable about the subject.
