We went to buy a few things and brought our show dog in training with us for socialization. Everyone was, and always is, super nice but an employee named Jordan actually took the time to talk to us and, when we explained what we were doing, spent a few minutes helping us train Dot before going back to work. Plus when we were leaving gave us a really nice goodbye and wished us luck with her. Thank you Jordan for a great experience!

I like it better than Home Depot. More convenient location and a better website.

Do not rely on Lowe's to manage your installation or handle any issues that arise out of it. Customer support is non-existent. We've had a horrible experience with the contractors Lowe's hired to do our carpet installation. They arrived three hours late AND brought the wrong carpet on the iniital install date, cancelled the second install date the night before, and were a no-show at the third install date, which was supposed to be their first appointment of the morning (this morning) because of the previous two mix-ups. Lowe's assumes no responsibility for this, despite being more than happy to take my money. I had to call the contractor myself to see where their team was. Turns out they're running late again (three hours late on the first job of the day???), but didn't think to call us. As the entity that took payment for the job, Lowe's should be responsible for managing the contractors they hire to do the job. All they've done is pass the buck and make excuses. Lowest of low ratings for customer satisfaction and customer service. Go with literally ANYONE else for your installations, because if anything goes wrong, Lowe's doesn't care and will still take your money.

This store had all the things we needed. Service was good and we were pleased with our visit.

Helpful staff at the push of a button. I was looking for blinds and really appreciated that they let me know they'd be on sale the following week.

Convenient location to home. Prices are high. Unless on sale.

Delivery: During the Covid-19 pandemic, one of the delivery drivers came into my home without a face covering/ mask. When I called to file a complaint, the customer service rep said they would direct my call to management and after being on hold for a few minutes , the call was disconnected. I'm not 100% sure that they hung up intentionally, but I have my suspicions. Purchase/ Order: My experience with ordering/ purchasing my appliances is the redeeming quality in this transaction. The staff in the appliances department were very informative and helpful. This review would have been at least 4 stars if not for the irresponsibility of the delivery driver. I would recommend only using this location for items you intend to pick up yourself, at least until the pandemic ends.

I try very hard to give businesses the benefit of the doubt given I’ve worked in retail. But this Lowe’s seems to have a particular issue with the delivery/installation/service process and staffing. We purchased washer and dryer, and when the dryer wouldn’t work it was impossible to get someone in the store to answer the phone. Not exaggerating. The phone either just rings or you get transferred to someone else who will hang up instead of answer the call. I spent 4 days worth of lunch breaks calling and calling. Finally reached someone to be told it would another 14 days before they could deliver a new one. To get results I had to call the Fairlawn store who answered the phone, correctly directed my call, and handled the situation in 15 minutes and were super friendly. There are friendly associates who work at this location, but apparently this store is staffed at bare minimum. Every single time we’ve gone we have to wait for someone at the paint counter. Today while we were in store, the paint desk, glass cutting, and mill work were all unattended with multiple guests waiting in line. There no excuse in this market where so much shopping happens online and pickup to not have a RELIABLE way to reach customer service. It’s disappointing because we just purchased a home and would’ve liked a reliable location for all of the repairs and remodeling in the future. I want to stress I don’t believe this is all Lowe’s. We travel to the one in Fairlawn and Galax and both of those stores are wonderful with great management. I hope this store can correct its staffing and delivery issues so those of us who value consistency in costumer service don’t have to travel to find it.
