She listened to us as we shared what we hoped for in a mattress, made her recommendations, and helped us to find our dream mattress in our budget. She is so so kind and never pushy! Our sales Associate Jill was very knowledgeable and helpful. My husband and I hadn’t purchased a mattress in at least 15 years. We used a mattress matching machine that was very helpful, it selected at least 6 mattress brands and types. Jill answered all our questions and was very helpful. Myself and my wife went by Mattress Warehouse on 1/23/21 to inquire about a mattress purchase for our home. Ms Wanda the store manager was the customer service person who assisted me and my wife. I called prior the day before, because i had a few questions to ask. Our initial conversation was pleasant. On Saturday when we got to the store ,we were met by her coworker and then Ms Wanda. Again i must state her conversation and demeanor was just as pleasant as on the phone. We explained what we were looking for in a mattress and we needed help in finding a happy medium for myself and my wife. No pressure in the conversation and more importantly she listened, no sales pitch, no rush,just an open ear and mind. That every customer is different and has different sleeping patterns and needs. Overall we were there about 2 1/2 to 3 hours by choice. We needed to find the right mattress. Ultimately the mattress and the price of it was decided by us. We as people will spend hundreds on a television or furniture or appliances and so forth. But will go cheaply on a bed. Yes myself included,but as i have gotten older and gained humbly a little more wisdom and insight. I now grasp how little sleep we truly get and the importance of that sleep, truly at any age. But even more importantly as we get older. Ms Wanda, helped me and my wife find the mattress that was best for us and our situation. Again,no sales pitch ,just a honest and open conversation. In the end i recommend this store location and Ms Wanda. Its up to you reading this review, to decide how much a truly good night sleep is worth to you,your family or your body mind and health. Thats our honest review, hope it helps.

If you're looking for the best customer service, go see Wanda! I started out at the furniture store right behind them today looking for mattresses and a bunk bed and ended up leaving after the sales person was initially in a rush to finish my order, then never returned to complete my order after I asked for a minute to figure out what I wanted, so I ultimately just left empty-handed. Stopped at this store - Mattress Warehouse - afterwards and was in-and-out in 10 minutes with a better price on mattresses than I was about to pay at the other place. Come here to save money and be taken care of like a paying customer should be taken care of - like a friend
