Well Having Previously working there The stores great! That's why I asked to interview there and got the job. Then became supervisor within a couple of months. Everything's fine besides the Fact that the Store manager keeps scaring away new hires and Is beyond Rude to her co workers. There is a lack of help and when there is she hard glares at me cause of me quitting my job. Spencers really needs to check in with the individual stores and see what's going on. And get honest feed back instead of forced lies they are told to say.
