I'm one to read and kind of follow reviews. However, I am surprised that Chrycy has such a low rate review. Honestly, Dr. Chrysy is extremely professional, patient, knowledgeable and does6take any shortcuts. I have been a patient of his for about 8 years. He literally restored my vision after a chronic eye condition. I go to him even if I dont have insurance . He is phenomenal.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had at an Office. We went there because my doctor had recently closed his practice and joined this group. I ordered contacts and had a message to pick them up. I informed them when I got to the appointment at 9am about this. When we were done (family of 3) about 3 hours later they still had not found my contacts and had not discussed with the office manager (who was sitting right next to them). I asked them for a detailed receipt so I can submit to my FSA and noticed all three of us were charged for the retinal exam (39) which only my husband had done. It took them about 30 minutes to clear this up. When I see the receipt, it turns out they never credited me the money back on mine, just my son's. It also took them 45 minutes to write a school note for my son. I left the office at about 12:40pm. They never found my contact order, I never got a call back as they promised. I will NEVER EVER go there again nor recommend them to anyone. This is the most unprofessional practice I have ever dealt with.

When I asked for a re-exam for 5 min refractive exam that was insisted on by the sales/optician even as gave her my recent prescription from another optometrist, I was later informed by the optometrist via the optician that\u200b my business was no longer wanted. This was after many hours of selecting frames and leaving 500 deposit! I felt unfairly discriminated against by the woman Dr. who examined me for 5 minutes when I requested a do-over. I will take my business elsewhere and probably complain to the State Attorney general for breach of contract and medical code of ethics. This place also marks up their frames way more than others so better to shop around once you find a brand/style you like. Try the Modo Eco line since the company is ecological and supports charity.

These people are the best. I have had 4-5 appointments here over the last couple of years because of a chronic eye condition. Every person in the attractive office has gone out of their way to make my life easier. Dr. Conesa is very thorough and knowledgeable, the front desk women take great messages and are patient and the optical dept. is super helpful repairing banged up glasses frames. The get the best prices on contacts lenses and accept insurance. They also have an exceptionally large selection of new frames. On top of that, free parking in the back and front of their building. Can't do better than them.
