I came to this dealership not expecting to buy anything. I wanted to browse around and see what options are available. Even though I was not interested in buying anything, I had a sale rep, Joshua Marquez, who was patient with me and answered all types of questions. I know that I was annoying, but he was kind and was very helpful. Turns out that I left the dealership with a brand new car! I was not expecting it, but Joshua was so good at selling me this one car that grabbed my attention. He guide me to choosing the right car, not just for me, but for my family as well. I found it cool that he knew what I was looking for since he was starting his own family. He gave his own opinion, which I appreciated, which lead me to my new family car. This past week I had been shopping for a new Grand Cherokee for my wife. I reached out to a few dealers local and not so local that had the Jeep limited X that she wanted. Manhattan Jeep Chrysler got back to us and I was in contact with Joshua Marquez. Joshua was great from the start, he listened to our needs and got us a good deal. He had great communication with me throughout the process. He return all my calls quickly and answered all the questioned I had. This smooth process seemed to good to be true but even when we picked up the truck on Saturday it was painless. We arrived at the dealership and were driving out within the hour. They took our lease return as well. To be honest I didn’t expect to drive to Manhattan to buy a Jeep but they had what we were looking for at a great deal and service was top notch.
