Very very professional, kind and helpful. Everyone there are good people looking to help. I spent alot of years in Norfolk so i know good and bad dealers when i see them. Shout out to my sales and management members Tom and Patrick. We drove a couple hundred miles to come get or vehicle. We love our purchase and will be returning in the future for our second car. We didn't finish til after closing but thats what happens when you are good at what you do, you get customers and thats what they got from us. They are very nice and professional. The only thing I dislike is that they are expensive. I went in for a supreme oil change (141.95), break flush (175.01), changed all filters (107), air/fuel service (179.95) and free 30k maintenance inspection. The bill was 650 dollars which is kinda steep. Example: The break flush parts were 45 dollars and the labor was a staggering 130 dollars. That is why I will be rating them 4 stars today.
