Tonia has introduced Yoga into the community with her really affordable local classes. I find her style and approach really great as a beginner, and she’ll add variation and increases the intensity depending on the classes ability. She also offers one to one sessions where she will personalise the lesson to your needs. Not one lesson will be the same and you’ll always leave feeling very positive with either a great way to start off your day or melt away the stresses at the end of a day!
