We were called out to do a job for this company. Their scale was not working properly. We informed them that first time customers are C.O.D. and they stated that was fine to come out. Normally we do an evaluation to ensure the proper work is completed BUT they stated to us that they wanted the cable changed out and refused our evaluation. So, we changed out the cable, calibrated the scale and made sure everything was working properly. Our technician informed them that should the scale go out again and we would need to come back out, that would be a separate service call due to the fact that they refused us doing a full evaluation. They said fine. All they wanted was the cable changed out. The next day, we received a call that the scale was not working again. We sent our technicians back to their facility. When the technicians arrived, they were being very uncooperative. The following day the owner of our company went out to their facility to try and talk to them about this situation and to resolve any issues, no one at this company wanted to talk to him or even assist him with any questions or concerns while he was there. I would recommend that anyone dealing with this company should turn away as they will try to cheat you every time. They will diagnose issue themselves, state what they want fixed and when the problem reoccurs, they will state it is your fault, argue with you and you will not receive payment for services provided. They also stopped payment of the check for services that were provided to them on the first service call.
Your company called us and said if we can replace the cable and that's what we came out to do. You never wanted anything checked cause your cheap. We have everything in paperwork for your information. You can keep leaving reviews all you want. I have customers over 25 years of great business so yes you people stay away from us. Kent who is Kent you people cant even spell correctly go back to school. Christina who is that you people are jokes. Go back to school and learn how to speak we don't have to explain ourselves to you people. you should be closed down with people like you what a disgrace to America!!!!
0 star!! Don’t go here for loading or unloading. There are no space for trucks at all, not for 53 trucks. I had a big problem here. And all who work here are very rude people (from China). When I get in I can’t get out. I waste 5 hours just to get out.
